Motto: Africaness and Conscience nutured by Truth
Dear listeners, as an African and a great lover of music and entertainment, I`m truelly
committed to entertain you through music from the African perspective.

The continent Africa is second to the largest after Asia. The African continent is richly endowed with the greater percentage of the world both natural and human resources. But it is an Irony to see a continent that was blessed with so much natural resources suffer under the agonies of war, hunger, poverty, illitracy and political instability.

In anycase, I am in a better position to explain to you, why this has been the case with Africa. I also try to inform you in "Hello Africa!" about most of the relevant issues of our time. For the lovers of alternative cultures, I have no doubt in my mind, that listening "Hello Africa" in Free Radio Salzkammergut wouldn`t be a wasted time.

It would be also of great importance to remind you, that the Africans are scattered all over the world. For Example in Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, the Barbados, Brazil and a host of other countries. I also play music from these countries in "Hello Africa!".

Another important aspect of the programm is talking with invited guests in the programm, about issues of interests, just like I had a great time with this famous Austrian Musicain Hubert von Goisern in one of my programms. Incase you would like to be guest in "Hello Africa", this is just simple: kindly write to inform me, so we can create a time for you and our subject of discussion.

Supposing you have questions bordering you about the continent Africa and the people, the only way this could be resolved for you, is by directing your questions and observations to me, so that you could have it better explained to you in an
objective and unbiased manner.

hi chiemezie! your program

hi chiemezie!

your program is one of my favourites in free radio skgt - in fact it was you that made me stay in tune and now listen to free radio whenever i'm in the station's reach (which is far less often than i'd like to). so i want to express my sincere thanks for your effort in supplying, on the one hand, great music which is not heard of otherwise and, on the other hand, socio-political comments to one of the most important, not to mention most interesting topics of our time - the situation and development of africa and africans

i am vain enough to consider myself rather well informed also of this "corner" of the world (though, unfortunately, i've had the chance to visit it myself only once, and not nigeria), yet i love to hear your voice as a welcome supplement to the media's usual and tiresome drone about the "failed continent". your warm-hearted, yet informative contributions carry an obviously deeply felt humaneness rarely experienced nowadays

also, i take the liberty to mention, i appreciate your distinguished language. it is a pleasure to listen to your english, the accent (which i like) notwithstanding

well, let's quit the flattering, however sincere: i got a request, too. is it asked too much to provide me with the playlist of your yesterday's (april 6th) broadcast? you introduced to your listeners a few artists into whose work it seems worthwhile digging into somewhat deeper

so i hope you will stay with us furthermore to provide us with your insights (musically as well as politically) to the black continent and black affairs worldwide

thanks once more, sincerely

robert
